Update issues

To edit a issue, click the issue title in the list of all issues.
Then click Edit in the top right corner.
Depending on your permission, you may see a complete or a limited set of editable properties.

At each change of an issue, a notification is sent to the project participants. (This can be corrected by the administrator) The update is also visible in the list and if % Clear has been updated, the change will be displayed on the Roadmap (Project Map) if that module is enabled for the project.

 

 

Update issue via the shortcut menu

A pop-up menu appears when you right-click an issue in the list.
This menu has several shortcuts, including to quickly edit, re-prioritize, assign the issue to another user or version, log time, monitor or delete.
(NOTE: Do not click on the links, ie the title of the issue or the issue number, the browser’s shortcut menu will open instead.)

Edit multiple issues at once

From the list of issues you can edit several at the same time. Check the box for the items you want to edit or select them by Ctrl-clicking them. If you want to change everyone in the list, just click the box at the top left of the list.
