Additional options

How many projects are included per account?

You can create as many projects as you want and need on your account. We only charge for number of users and disk space.

But what if I need more disk space, how do I proceed then?

Contact us and we increase it for you. The price is EUR 0,50/GB/month. We increase disk space in multiples of 5 GB.

What happens when my trial period of 30 days runs out?

Once we have run our complimentary demonstration and you have had the chance to click around and explore xSentio Redmine by yourself, you decide if it fits your needs. If you decide to go for xSentio Redmine, we will set up a new account for you and customize it according to your wishes. If this wasn't quite what you were looking for, we will delete your account after your trial period has ended.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, we don't require you to commit yourself to a long term contract. However, we apreciate when our customers want to stay with us for a long time and therefore offer a 10% discount on yearly subscriptions. The discount is not applicable for the set-up fee.

Do I need to pay a set-up fee?

For xSentio Redmine Starter and xSentio Redmine Standard, a start-up fee of EUR 49 applies. For xSentio Redmine Pro, the start-up fee is EUR 120. When you only want to add more users to an existing account, there will be no set-up fees.
