How many projects are included per account?
You can create as many projects as you want and need on your account. We only charge for number of users and disk space.
But what if I require more disk space, how do I proceed then?
Contact us and we increase it for you. Price 0,5 EUR/GB.
What happens when my trial period of 30 days runs out?
Once we have run our complimentary demonstration and you have had the chance to click around and explored by yourself, you decide for yourself if this is a tool that fits your needs or not. If you decide for xSentio Redmine, we will set up a new account for you and customise it according to your wishes. If the tool wasn’t quite like you had expected, we will delete your account after your trial period has ended.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, we don’t require you to commit yourself to a long term contract. However, we apreciate when our customers want to stay with us for a long time and therefore offer a 10% discount on yearly subscriptions. The discount is not applicable for the set-up fee.
Do I need to pay a set-up fee?
To start a brand new account; xSentio Redmine Starter or xSentio Redmine a set-up fee of 49 EUR will be added. Upgrading to your own private xSentio Redmine server, there’s a set-up fee of 120 EUR. When you only want to add more users or disk space to an existing account, there will be no set-up fees.
What is the difference between server level 2 and 3?
Upgrade to xSentio Redmine Server Level 2 if you need your own private server. Server Level 3 is a more powerful server that is designed for larger workgroups. Please contact us if you have any futher requests or questions.
xSentio Redmine Server level 2 and 3 are not available for xSentio Redmine Starter.
